Semipermanent? Ridiculous claim. This is a wax pencil liner, drier than most, but just as impermanent. Did not survive a cup of coffee, let alone a meal. Maybe if you manage to eat without using your lips…. Do not buy this product if you expect anything more than a regular run-of-the-mill IM-permanent lip liner.
