Great customer service means a lot though, thank you.Original review: This was my favorite stand/protective cover combo when I first received it, however, the stand part is not very durable at all. As you can see in my photos that I have a few of these for our various devices and two of these have already broken with the stand part completely having broken off on one and on the other it just cracked in the same way rendering the stand useless because if I continue to try to use it the stand will just completely come off like the other. Maybe a recommendation to this seller to make the metal tips that the plastic ring connects to longer and also make the ring with a strong rubber maybe so it doesn't crack so easily. I am not rough with my devices at all, these broke with just light and careful handling. I would buy these again if they ever resolved this issue I had with them.The item seemed very sturdy but unfortunately it didn’t fit my tablet. I want to thank you for your quick response to my return and my refund. Thank you!!This case has performed well for protection. I have had several drops and questionable storage practices that have resulted in no damage to the tablet. The case is not too bulky, the leather is solid and the kickstand locks just enough in each position to make it dependable but not difficult to use.But what's a review without the gigs. The screen protector is too soft and reflects a lot of light. There is a lot of friction when using the stylus and the screen scratches very easily (to the point it's getting difficult to see through). The kickstand doesn't quite stand the tablet up enough in landscape and is completely unusable in portrait mode. The case is too bulky around the lock button so it's difficult to lock/unlock and renders the fingerprint scanner useless.Overall good product for the money if you don't plan to use the stylus or the fingerprint scanner, don't need to use in sunlight and won't store where the screen protector might get scratched.I had a similar case on my previous tablet and loved it, so I got this case for my latest tablet. It lets me keep a firm grip and not drop the tablet. The grip also rotates on the back of the case so that it is usable in any position you need to hold the tablet in. It has the correct cutouts for this specific model of tablet. I can use the pen and take photos and use the charging port without anything being in the way. (Always verify the exact model of your tablet before buying any case, or you will get the incorrect fit.)Its a decent case... I haven't dropped it yet to put it to the test but feels decent. The hand grip is extremely bulky so it doesn't fit in a laptop bag very well. Would be much better if you could remove the grip.Like the durability; the texture of the case; withstands drops, and is still comfortable for her to hold or stand up.All materials look good, really hard, and easy whatever position you want! The product Is exactly like picturesThis case is great if you like to use 360 turn cases for your tablets.I spent most of my time reading or writing on my tablet so I especially prefer the choice to sit it landscape or portrait style.I like the little holster the pen sits in. Means I'm less likely to knock it off on accident as I have before.10/10 Highly Recommend.
