MoKo Origami Stand Case for iPad 10.2 Inch (9th/8th/7th Gen 2021/2020/2019 & Air 3 10.5 2019) - Magnetic Multi-Angle TPU Back Cover with Apple Pencil Holder, Denim Blue - Perfect for Work, Study, and Entertainment

I thought it was impossible to find a case to meet all my needs but this one does it: 1) compact and secure, 2) includes a SAFE spot for my Apple pencil, 3) supports my iPad in both horizontal and vertical orientation. Found 3 other case styles that offered both landscape and portrait orientations by they all fell short. The most common 2 direction case style has a flip out, rotating support on the back but does not include a front cover to enclose the whole iPad- that was not for me! The 2nd design (which I ordered before finding this one) had a safe spot for my Apple pencil as well as a front cover that opened and rotated for support in both orientations but it was extremely bulky. The front cover was so thick that the raised center section rested on the iPad screen and it needed to be held closed with an elastic band, plus closing it didn't automatically trigger the sleep mode. The other rotating cover design I'd ordered was a little better, less bulky and closed properly, but it was difficult to keep it propped upright on the narrow support strips and the Apple pencil holder was just a little elastic loop on the outside edge! I was going to just give up and keep that one until this little beauty arrived. The design of this cover is PERFECT for my needs. I love how simple it is to use. Just fold open the cover and the built in magnets help to secure it into position. I can set the iPad on its long side or short side without having to readjust ANYTHING. And when I close it, it goes right to sleep. There's also a magnetic fold over "latch" to keep it extra secure. Awesome design!This is a great, light case for my needs.I spent hours trying to decide which case I wanted for my iPad. This one is working out great. I thought the origami would be annoying but it's actually really cool. I like being able to do horizontal or vertical without having a big bulky case. The magnet is very strong and does indeed work. The pencil can be a bit of a pain to get out but at least I know it's protected. I love the blue color and the textured feelThis doesn’t work for long, as the magnet holding the stand doesn’t stick under the weight of the ipad. And it is not very stable because there is one point of contact with the table surface. And the viewing angle is too tillted. The only way to get a steeper angle is to flip it upside down. The Moko design for the old 9.7” ipad was nearly perfect, very sturdy.I give it a 4 because I wish it would recline less when my iPad is placed horizontally. I literally have to put something behind it.This is a good looking and really solid case. The Apple Pencil slot is a nice touch too. The origami cover allows me to put the iPad in portrait mode, which I haven’t had in a case before. The magnetic flap that keeps the case closed works well. The magnets in the cover are strong enough to hang the iPad on a metal surface, like the fridge.I love the color and it’s worth the priceI'm enjoying using the case. It's well made, sturdy and has great options for standing. The color is easy on the eyes too.Tough and flexible.A nice and practical iPad cover. Feels sturdy to protect the iPad.It uses magnets to hold the origami folding positions. Magnets are strong. So the stand stays good in various position.Like the apple pen storage space.Perhaps because of the materials to make it sturdy, it does make the iPad weigh a bit more. You can feel the weight difference between using the case vs. no case.
