I was really excited about the product when I found this online for the price but when I recieved it in the mail I was extremely disappointed with the product. The liner is supposed to be creamy and easy to apply but mine was anything but that. I broke the tip of the liner multiple times and could not spread it on even when trying to do a test run on my arm. The lining stick was not a mechanical and should have been "self filling" but it did not. Also, the product was dry and not creamy as the advertising led me to believe.I will not be buying this product again.I really was happy to find this product, but was quickly disappointed when I opened it and attempted to use it because when I went to turn the pencil nothing came out and then I turned it upside down all of the color that was inside came sliding out! Obviously, it was not attached to the pencil and it is not usable at all! If I could, I wouldn't give any stars at all!I, unfortunately tried this the morning before leaving for a major conference at which I was a speaker. Within two hours of applying my eyes looked like they were bleeding they were so red. My eyes swelled (my actual eyeball!) they were horribly painful and disgusting. I tried everything from visine to Benadryl to chamomile tea bags. Four days later I only looked like a slight freak. Suffice it to say, I certainly made a memorable impression. People actually jumped when they saw my eyes. I had just hoped to be remembered for my speech not for best impression of a bloody eyed zombie.I bought the emerald and it is such a beautiful shade, I love it and it lasts all day long
