I’m gonna start off by saying that pencil skirts never fit or look good on me, but this one is stunning! The colbalt blue is such an insanely beautiful color, and the skirt fits so well and isn’t too short! That’s an insanely hard thing to find if you’re a curvy girl like I am. I normally wear a 12/14- the XL fits perfectly. Seriously, couldn’t have done better if I tried.It has one awful, horrible con, unfortunately. It’s a big one. The zipper? I don’t know if I just got unlucky or what, but the zipper was the stuff made up of all of my worst nightmares. The construction of it was super bizarre, and it got caught on absolutely nothing, but wouldn’t zip back up. Thankfully, I was able to *finally* zip this bad boy, and I’m even more thankful that I can manage to pull it up over my body without having to unzip it ever again. Thank god.So yeah, this is technically a five star skirt, and I will probably be ordering this thing in more colors in the future...but beware the nightmare zipper situation. Still worth the price. You really can’t be it.It is a gamble when purchasing women's clothing online if you don't know the exact brand and style even if you follow size charts and guidelines. I say this because I've had a difficult time finding pencil skirts for my petite shape; let alone a high wasted, above the knee length pencil skirt! After multiple attempts from other sellers and stores I found this one and am pleased so far with the shape and fit. I ordered the XS and am about 5'1"/102lbs/24"waist and it actually fits...with a zipper closure...and it doesn't slide off and on! Sadly this is exciting as it is only the second one out of dozens to meet that basic criteria (the first didn't have a zipper closure). I wish it came in other colours(same size/style/Prime shipping) besides black and the packaging wasn't sealed in the box so there are a few loose strings. I can't give a 5 star rating to an item if I give 5 stars to the perfect skirt as well.I ordered this skirt in 4 different colors. I love the bright colors and get lots of compliments. They are a little short for work so I wear flats with them so I don't feel so leggy. The sizes are not really consistent from color to color. The blue and orange were slightly more snug in the middle compared to the black and the grey so beware. Nice fit but they do ride up. I am constantly tugging them down during the day so that's kind of annoying. You can wear with multiple different shirts and jackets and they look very professional and cute at the same time. Worth the price.Avert your eyes, people. I'm attaching pictures as a public service, but it isn't pretty. Things I loved about this skirt: the color, the length, the weight. However, it was strangely tight and hid nothing. Not the slight bloating from something weird I ate last night, not the hem of the shirt I tucked in, not even the little bow on my undies. The back and sides were even worse. This skirt was a hot mess. For sizing reference, I am 5'2", 108lbs, usually wear size 0 in pants. Don't really want to size up, because I think the waist will be too wide and the length too long. Decided to return.I normally wear a size 12 or 14 and I got a XL.The material is thick and not see through. The fit is perfect! Makes a sleek sexy silhouette. I paired it with some heels and my boyfriend's jaw hit the ground this morning when I stepped out of the car. I'm 5'3" and the skirt falls just above my knees. If you're taller it might be a little short but for me this was a pleasant surprise as most items I buy online are awkwardly long. I will definitely buy more colors as soon as my size is in stock.Loved the fact that it has a little bit of stretch, but not too much. True to size, and the price is deceiving. You'd think it would be very sloppy and or cheaply made.... But not so.Perfectly acceptable skirt. However I found it was always trying to slide up to my natural waist line, which made it much too short for work, so I was constantly tugging it down. I was also disappointed that after wearing it around 10 times the zipper busted.I love the style, material and how comfortable, however I order size L, (weigh 138) and unfortunately was too large, I have returned for a M which is a little tied on the waistline but I decided to keep it.
